Pentair Po0l Owners

We put in a Pentair pool controller with our new pool at our vacation rental.  It is great equipment and works well but it has one problem.  It is designed for the always-present and fully in control owner of the pool that understands exactly how to control every pump, valve and relay.  If a guest at your vacation rental or a young grandchild gets hold of that control pad, very bad things can happen quickly given all the power it gives you to change the way your pool operates.  Just accidentally turning on the pool heater can cost you hundreds of dollars in propane.

Well, just lock out those functions you might say.  Give them access to turn on the pool lights, turn on the spa (including heat and jets), turn the decorative fountains on/off and nothing else.  After paging through the Pentair manuals for an hour you realize they don't support this model of operation.  Either you can lock out the control pad entirely with a passcode or leave it wide open for anyone to play with.  There is no in-between.

So what do you do?  Replacing the pool control system is not realistic and most of the controllers out there are just as limited in their options to lock them down. The good news is we have an answer.  Our in-house developed Pentair control module gives you all the control you want of everything in the system.  If you can do it on the control pad, we can control it as well.   We then can provide a custom-designed control screen you can use from a tablet, PC, phone or any other smart device to just access the functions you want your guests or kids to have.  Lock up your control pad and just give them a simple touchscreen to access things like the lights, fountains and spa.  Or whatever you want them to have access to.  

It's entirely up to you.

We've done this already for the Pentair systems but can solve this problem for virtually any pool controller that is connected to your home network or the Internet via an app.    And don't let the term "custom software" worry you.  We can put this system together for a very low cost and the peace of mind you will have is priceless.  Naturally if you want more than just pool control, we can add whatever you like along with the pool management.  

Kohala winds blowing all your infinity edge water away and costing you a fortune?  No problem.  We can put a small, inconspicuous intelligent weather station on your property and use it to decide when to turn off the edge pump based on the wind speed, direction or any other factors you want.  This isn't the wind measured at some weather station miles away from you that may not be the same as at your property. It is the actual weather conditions at your home in real-time.  And of course once the winds have calmed down, the system can turn the edge pump back on again, if you prefer.
